Role Description The E-commerce Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi East District. The intern will support daily eCommerce operations, including product listing updates, basic catalog management, and monitoring online store performance.
Responsibilities include assisting with order processing, coordinating with customer service to resolve issues, and helping prepare sales and performance reports. The intern will also contribute to marketplace management tasks such as checking listing accuracy, tracking promotions, and gathering competitor insights. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams will be expected to ensure smooth workflows and consistent online customer experiences.
Qualifications- Foundational knowledge of commerce and eCommerce concepts, with interest in online retail and marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, prepare basic reports, and support performance tracking.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and documenting tasks clearly.
- Customer service orientation and basic sales understanding to support order handling and customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces) is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional work ethic in an on-site team setting.
