E-commerce Operations Associate

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Lead to oversee daily E-commerce operations with a particular emphasis on courier management, claims processing, and order execution control. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of these functions to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment, timely resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of E-commerce operations to ensure seamless workflow. Oversee courier partnerships, including pickups verification and performance monitoring, to maintain high service standards. Handle weekly claims, including delivery verification unpaid cases and outstanding issues, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor orders that are non-live or stuck in the system, driving closure and preventing delays. Review customer complaints related to delivery and take appropriate corrective actions to improve service quality.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing multiple courier partners simultaneously is essential. Strong background in E-commerce operations with hands-on involvement in courier and claims management. Demonstrated ownership mindset with excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting is required. Effective coordination and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs 50,000. This role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
