E-Commerce Sales Representative

Located in Faisalabad, this full-time, on-site position seeks a confident and customer-oriented E-Commerce Sales Representative. The role involves managing online customer interactions, driving sales, and overseeing order processing across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will engage with customers through various social media channels and the company website, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and pending customers to close sales.
- Accurately process and confirm online orders, ensuring all details are correct.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order preparation and dispatch.
- Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to e-commerce or online sales environments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media platforms.
- A confident, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and orders efficiently.
