Role Description The E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon & eBay) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, promotions, and storefronts on Amazon and eBay. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating listings, optimizing titles and descriptions, managing pricing and inventory, and coordinating product images and content with the marketing team. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and marketplace rankings.

The specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns and ensure a consistent brand presence across marketplaces.

Strong commerce skills, including experience with Amazon and eBay seller platforms, product listing management, and marketplace best practices.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, perform competitive analysis, and make data-informed decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with customers through written and verbal channels.
Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive marketplace ratings and reviews.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO for product listings, and promotional tools within Amazon and eBay.
