E-Commerce Specialist

We are currently seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of professional experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. This role involves overseeing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, driving sales performance, and identifying new opportunities to expand our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, categories, and other product content.
- Enhance product visibility, increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and boost overall marketplace performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, inventory levels, pricing strategies, promotions, and key e-commerce KPIs.
- Conduct competitor and marketplace research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and compliant product information in line with marketplace requirements.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and other e-commerce initiatives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to support e-commerce growth strategies.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop accounts.
- Strong knowledge of product listings, catalog management, marketplace optimization, and e-commerce KPIs.
- Experience conducting competitor research, managing pricing and promotions, and analyzing performance data.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising, analytics tools, or seller-center platforms is advantageous.
- A relevant degree is preferred, though practical experience and demonstrated marketplace expertise are highly valued.
