We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience researching products and creating high-quality listings across various online marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms. This role demands a strong emphasis on accuracy, SEO optimization, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple listings while ensuring full compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Research profitable and trending products to maximize sales potential on online marketplaces.
- Source products from suppliers or approved websites to maintain inventory quality and availability.
- Create and upload product listings on platforms including eBay, Etsy, and others.
- Write clear, SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions to enhance search visibility and customer engagement.
- Upload product images and optimize listings to attract and retain customers.
- Add accurate product specifications, categories, tags, and pricing details to each listing.
- Regularly monitor listing quality and update product information as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid penalties or removal.
- Organize product data efficiently using spreadsheets or inventory management tools for easy tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or similar.
- Strong skills in product research and sourcing to identify high-demand and profitable items.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles as applied to product listings to improve visibility.
- Excellent written English with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for effective data management.
- Familiarity with image editing tools is a plus.
