We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and result-oriented Shopify Store Manager to join our team on-site at our Rawalpindi office.

In this role, you will take complete ownership of building and managing Shopify stores from scratch (A to Z). You will be responsible for product hunting, supplier sourcing, store setup, theme management, and setting up targeted ad campaigns to scale sales.

Key Responsibilities

Product Hunting & Sourcing: Identify winning products, analyze market trends, and source products from reliable suppliers.
Store Creation & Management: Build and design professional Shopify stores from scratch, customize themes, setup navigation, and optimize product pages for high conversions.
Marketing & Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to drive profitable traffic and sales.
Store Optimization: Monitor store metrics, run A/B testing, and continuously improve store speed, layout, and user experience (UX).
End-to-End Management: Handle daily operations, inventory synchronization, order tracking, and sales analytics reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience managing Shopify stores end-to-end in UK, USA or Gulf Market.
Track Record: Candidate must be able to explain and demonstrate how they built and scaled at least one Shopify brand/business from scratch.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify admin, custom theme setup/customization, app integration, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ad Management: Experience creating and scaling paid advertising campaigns with a clear understanding of ROAS and metrics.
Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in product research techniques and supplier negotiation.
Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Job Details & Benefits

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Job Location: On-site (Saidpur Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi)
Salary: Market competitive (based on experience and demonstrated track record)
