E-Commerce Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates to join our team as E-commerce Assistants. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in e-commerce and digital marketplaces. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided during the initial two months. Successful completion of the training and a positive performance review will lead to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining online product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve basic issues or concerns.
- Support tracking and analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate product data to ensure the website reflects current offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth user experience for customers.
- Learn and apply basic SEO practices to improve product visibility on search engines and marketplaces.
- Stay informed about e-commerce best practices and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is required.
- Willingness to work evening hours from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates who can reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Rawalpindi are preferred.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- The position is based in Rawalpindi and requires in-person attendance.

Training and Growth:
