E-commerce Virtual Assistant

GrowthRise Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated eCommerce Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of e-commerce operations and will play a key role in supporting product research, listing management, order processing, customer service, and daily eBay store activities. While previous e-commerce experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full-time, in-person position based near Clock Tower, Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain e-commerce seller accounts efficiently.
- Conduct product research aligned with company requirements.
- Create, optimize, update, and maintain product listings, including uploading images, titles, descriptions, and specifications.
- Perform competitor and market research to stay informed of pricing and availability trends.
- Monitor product prices, stock levels, and competitor activities regularly.
- Process customer orders and track shipments, updating order information promptly.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer messages and inquiries.
- Handle returns, refunds, cases, and other customer service-related issues.
- Monitor account health by tracking product defects, customer feedback, and seller performance metrics.
- Identify and report any listing or account-related issues to the team.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs), e-commerce policies, and marketplace guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce principles and practices.
- Proficient written English communication skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to follow SOPs, instructions, and established workflows.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Previous experience with eBay or other e-commerce platforms is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work full-time from the office location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
