Early years homeschool teacher required

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Teacher to provide high-quality homeschooling based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. This part-time, home-based teaching position is located in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. The role involves delivering child-centred, modern teaching practices for 3 to 4 hours daily, preferably in the evening. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and be skilled in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that support the holistic development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured learning plans aligned with the seven Areas of Learning and Development under the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s communication and language skills, literacy, mathematics, and understanding of the world.
- Foster personal, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities.
- Encourage creativity, expressive arts, problem-solving, and critical thinking in daily lessons.
- Conduct hands-on, interactive activities rather than relying on rote learning methods.
- Monitor and track children’s learning milestones and provide regular progress updates to parents.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes confidence and curiosity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field (BA, MA, B.Ed, or equivalent).
- Montessori Diploma or Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in early years education.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with the British EYFS framework.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in play-based, activity-based, and child-led learning approaches.
- Ability to plan age-appropriate lessons and assess children’s developmental progress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience teaching the British EYFS curriculum in reputable early years schools will be given preference. We are looking for a passionate, patient, and creative educator who truly understands the developmental needs of young children and can adapt teaching methods accordingly.

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000. The position requires in-person teaching at the candidate’s home located in Abu Bakar Block, Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi.
