The Orchid School, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Teacher for its Gulshan Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine dedication to fostering a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and interactive learning activities tailored to young learners.
- Support the development of children’s language, cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor children’s progress through regular assessments and observations.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and active participation in all classroom activities.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and school management to ensure a collaborative approach to each child’s development.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Years Education or Montessori certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
- A caring, patient, and child-centered approach to teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Early Years teaching will be considered an advantage.
