Early Years Teachers

Benchmark Junior School, located in Rawalpindi, is seeking dedicated Early Years Teachers to join their team on a full-time basis. This position is specifically open to female candidates who are either currently residing in Rawalpindi or are willing to relocate before starting work. The role involves working directly with young learners in an in-person setting, contributing to their early educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons to early years students.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that supports learning and development.
- Plan and implement curriculum activities in line with school standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities to enhance the educational experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of teaching experience, preferably in early years education.
- Proficiency in English is preferred to effectively communicate and deliver lessons.

- The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs50,000.
