We are seeking an experienced eBay Account Manager to independently oversee and grow a U.S.-based eBay seller operation for a reputable wholesale distribution company in the USA. This role involves managing all aspects of the eBay Seller Hub, optimizing product listings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring full marketplace compliance to drive profitable growth. The position is onsite and open to candidates located in major cities across Pakistan, including Multan, Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Quetta, and Peshawar. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, with a one-hour break.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Manage the entire eBay Seller Hub operations, including account setup, policy adherence, performance monitoring, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Product Research: Conduct thorough research using tools like Terapeak, competitor analysis, and sales data to identify high-demand and profitable products.
- Listings & SEO: Create and optimize product listings with effective titles, keywords, item specifics, pricing strategies, and handle bulk uploads to maximize visibility and sales.
- Supplier Sourcing: Liaise with U.S. brands, wholesalers, distributors, and authorized suppliers to ensure a reliable product supply chain.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee inventory management, order processing, shipping, tracking, returns, and coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Account Health: Maintain strong seller performance metrics, promptly resolve disputes, and prevent account restrictions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Advertising & Growth: Manage Promoted Listings campaigns, improve conversion rates, and scale sales profitably.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on revenue, profit margins, advertising expenses, and key operational performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing U.S. eBay seller accounts independently.
- Strong proficiency with Seller Hub, Terapeak, eBay SEO techniques, bulk listing tools, and advertising platforms.
- Experience in wholesale sourcing, inventory management, and eBay-compliant drop shipping practices.
- Ability to accurately calculate product profitability, including marketplace fees, shipping costs, and return on investment (ROI).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication with U.S.-based suppliers, customers, and eBay support teams.
- Demonstrated track record of growing eBay sales while maintaining excellent account health and compliance.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and marketplace reporting tools.
