IBSTEC is seeking a skilled eBay Expert to manage and expand our eBay stores. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in all aspects of eBay store management, including product listings, order processing, product research, and sales optimization. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle daily operations, improve store performance, and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain eBay stores on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
- Create, optimize, and regularly update product listings to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
- Conduct thorough product research to identify profitable and trending items.
- Perform keyword research and optimize titles, descriptions, and item specifics for better search ranking.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, order fulfillment, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor store performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates to identify improvement areas.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and improving store visibility.
- Keep track of competitors, pricing changes, and market trends to stay competitive.
- Ensure compliance with eBay policies, maintain seller performance standards, and manage overall account health.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage product sourcing when necessary.
- Resolve customer issues professionally to maintain high seller ratings and positive feedback.
- Prepare regular reports detailing store performance and sales growth for management review.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing eBay stores.
- Strong knowledge of eBay Seller Hub and store management tools.
- Proven track record of managing eBay listings and optimizing product visibility and sales.
- Familiarity with eBay SEO, product research techniques, and competitor analysis.
- Experience in order processing, inventory control, and providing customer support.
- Understanding of eBay policies, seller metrics, and maintaining account health.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales and performance targets.
