eBay Specialist – Junior / Mid-Level

Prelogex Private Limited is seeking a motivated Junior or Mid-Level eBay Specialist to join its expanding e-commerce team based in Multan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with eBay marketplace operations, including product listings, account management, and sales optimization. This full-time, on-site role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple listings, analyze market trends, and collaborate with various internal teams to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, optimize, and manage eBay product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct research on relevant keywords, titles, categories, and item specifics to improve listing quality.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, variations, and images.
- Monitor account health, seller performance, and ensure compliance with eBay policies.
- Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance and recommend improvements to boost revenue.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, discounts, and eBay advertising campaigns.
- Manage inventory to ensure listings are current and accurate.
- Coordinate with customer service, design, content, and operations teams as needed.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed products, or account issues promptly.
- Prepare basic performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion rates, and listing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Practical experience working with eBay Seller Hub.
- Junior or Mid-Level experience managing eBay marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of eBay listings, including variations, item specifics, categories, and policies.
- Knowledge of eBay SEO and product keyword optimization techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze competitor activity and product performance metrics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience with eBay Promoted Listings, bulk listing tools, inventory management systems, product research tools, or familiarity with other marketplaces such as Amazon will be considered an advantage.
