eBay Virtual Assistant – Product Listing & Store Management

We create digital products and automation solutions designed to enhance business operations and online performance. We are currently seeking an eBay Virtual Assistant to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of eBay store management, including product listings, inventory control, customer support, and online sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize eBay product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Write clear, engaging product titles and descriptions tailored to target audiences.
- Select appropriate categories, keywords, images, and item specifics to improve listing effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product availability to ensure listings are accurate and up to date.
- Process and track customer orders efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing excellent service.
- Analyze listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product visibility and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product records using spreadsheets or inventory management tools.
- Identify store-related issues and propose practical solutions to boost overall performance.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with eBay or eCommerce platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of eBay product listing and store management processes.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management principles.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to position products effectively in a competitive marketplace.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or other inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask and consistently meet daily targets.
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma. A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Must be available for on-site work in Karachi.
