ECD Teacher - Prince Aly Preparatory School

Prince Aly Preparatory School, operated by Ismailia Youth Services (IYS), is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher to join our team in Malir City, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool and kindergarten children. This role requires hands-on interaction with young learners to support their early development through activity-based teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in preschool and kindergarten students.
- Manage the classroom effectively to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate clearly with children to encourage participation and understanding.
- Plan and implement curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and development regularly.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support each child’s learning journey.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Education, or a related field is mandatory.
- A diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience teaching preschool or kindergarten children.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to use activity-based learning techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage young learners and coordinate with colleagues and parents.
- Residing in Malir or nearby areas is preferred to ensure timely attendance and community connection.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with additional certifications in ECE or related training will be given preference.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 1.00 to Rs. 2.00 (please note the currency or pay scale may require clarification).
- The role requires full-time, in-person attendance at the school located opposite Anwar Baloch Restaurant in Malir City, Karachi.
