We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our online marketplace, ensuring product listings are accurate, orders are processed efficiently, and coordination with partner brands is seamless. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Candidates must be based in Karachi and equipped to work remotely with their own laptop, stable internet, and reliable power backup.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload and update product listings accurately on the Shopify platform.
- Monitor product listings regularly to maintain correct pricing, availability, and details.
- Optimize and upload product images using professional tools such as Adobe software.
- Process customer orders promptly to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with partner brands to guarantee orders are dispatched on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with brand teams and courier personnel via calls and messages.
- Track order statuses and resolve any issues to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, including product uploads and order processing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must reside in Karachi and have the necessary infrastructure to work remotely, including a personal laptop, stable internet connection, and reliable power backup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online sales is highly desirable.
