Ecommerce Executive

The Ecommerce Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore. This role is responsible for managing the company’s online sales channels, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory coordination across multiple ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Executive monitors key performance metrics, analyzes customer behavior, and implements strategies aimed at increasing conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution, and maintaining accurate sales and account records. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align ecommerce activities with broader business objectives and campaign plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and analyze customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and account activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Implement strategies to improve user experience and increase online conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track ecommerce performance, and support informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in account management to maintain relationships with ecommerce platforms, manage listings, and ensure service quality.
- Sales and sales management capabilities to drive online revenue, manage targets, and contribute to business growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Prior experience in ecommerce or digital sales is advantageous.
