We are looking for an experienced eBay Store Manager to oversee and expand international eBay stores from our Islamabad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining account health and compliance. This role demands expertise in product research, listing optimization, order management, and seller performance improvement. Only candidates with relevant eBay management experience will be considered, and the position requires working onsite in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the eBay store to ensure seamless functioning and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct comprehensive product research and sourcing to identify profitable and trending items.
- Create and optimize high-quality listings with effective titles, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords to enhance visibility.
- Perform price optimization and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer communications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain 100% account health by adhering strictly to eBay policies and guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze store analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement promotions, coupons, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing eBay seller accounts with a proven track record of growth and account stability.
- Strong knowledge of eBay SEO, ranking factors, and the Cassini search algorithm.
- Experience working with dropshipping, wholesale, or private label business models.
- Ability to provide professional customer service and effectively manage buyer inquiries and issues.
- Familiarity with eBay policies including MC011, selling limits, and VERO compliance.
- Skilled in product sourcing and listing optimization techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Islamabad and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position is based in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, requiring onsite presence.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
- Two earning models are available: a fixed salary plus a percentage of profits, or a commission-only structure based on sales.
- High-performing candidates have the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses linked to sales growth and store performance.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in managing eBay accounts and scaling online stores.
