Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to join our ecommerce team based in Multan. This full-time, on-site role involves managing online client stores across major global marketplaces from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving sales growth through effective product research, listing optimization, and store management. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining high marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Research & Hunting: Identify high-demand and profitable product opportunities to expand and enhance the store’s offerings.
- Listing Optimization: Develop and optimize product listings by crafting SEO-focused titles, detailed descriptions, and accurate item specifics to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Store Management: Manage daily store operations including monitoring performance metrics, maintaining inventory levels, processing orders, and tracking fulfillment to ensure smooth transactions.
- Account Health & Policy Compliance: Regularly monitor account metrics to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller ratings, preventing any account suspensions or penalties.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to buyer inquiries, resolve open cases and returns efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to foster positive buyer relationships.

Required Qualifications

- Proven, practical experience in managing online marketplace stores end-to-end, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- In-depth understanding of marketplace search algorithms, seller standards, and account health compliance requirements.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at the Multan office, contributing actively to team goals and daily operations.
