Ecommerce Specialist

PixelWaves, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our global team. This role offers the opportunity to drive e-commerce success by managing and launching products on major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Noon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand strategies, optimizing listings, and executing promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales. This is a fully remote, full-time position based in Pakistan, with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop brand strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product launches from initial concept through to execution and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor market trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely inventory inbounding.
- Utilize Amazon’s algorithms and SEO techniques to maximize product exposure and conversion rates.
- Enhance product listings, improve customer ratings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Design and manage effective promotional campaigns and PPC advertising across all platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts on Amazon, Walmart, Noon, or similar marketplaces.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace policies, tools, and best practices, particularly Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on organization and efficiency.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary package based on experience, ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000.
- Flexible working hours with a Monday to Saturday schedule, 11 AM to 8 PM PKT.
