Ecommerce Virtual Assistant - Internship

We are looking for motivated and passionate Ecommerce Interns to join our growing team. This role is perfect for candidates with six months to one year of hands-on experience working on ecommerce marketplaces who want to develop their careers in the Ecommerce industry. The position involves managing various marketplace operations and providing essential support to improve product visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to boost search rankings and increase conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and update stock information to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- Handle order processing and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics to maintain compliance with marketplace standards.
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve product listings and promotional materials.
- Manage customer queries and respond promptly and professionally to marketplace messages.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of experience in Ecommerce Marketplace Operations.
- Basic understanding of Seller Central and ecommerce platform functionalities.
- Knowledge of product listing techniques and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and spreadsheet applications for effective data management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.
