We are looking for a skilled eClinicalWorks (eCW) Application & Configuration Specialist to manage and support the eCW system across a diverse healthcare organization with more than 14 locations, including primary care, specialty clinics, labs, and hospital services. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the eCW platform by handling system configurations, user access, workflow management, reporting permissions, troubleshooting, and training. The specialist will also play a key role in integrating new locations and departments, maintaining seamless system functionality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding of new providers, departments, and locations onto the eCW system.
- Oversee data migration, interface setups, billing processes, enrollment, and workflow configurations.
- Manage eCW system configurations such as user logins, roles, access rights, and permissions.
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows across various departments including clinics, labs, hospitals, and billing.
- Administer reporting permissions and control user access to safeguard data security and compliance.
- Research and apply new eCW features and system updates to optimize performance and user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system configuration, workflows, and user access challenges.
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to users to maximize system utilization.
- Collaborate closely with IT, clinical teams, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and operational staff to refine workflows and system integration.
- Act as the primary liaison with eCW vendor support for escalations and technical troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience working with eClinicalWorks or comparable EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong knowledge of EMR configuration, administration, and workflow design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage user permissions and reporting access within healthcare IT environments.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, preferably within the US healthcare system.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively support clinical users.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience or knowledge of Managed Care principles is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
