As part of its expansion, SRP is seeking qualified researchers and academics to join its editorial team as Volunteer Editors. Key Responsibilities
Volunteer Editors will collaborate remotely or with the editorial team to ensure the timely and high-quality publication of scholarly articles. Responsibilities include reviewing manuscripts within their expertise, assessing submissions for scientific quality, relevance, originality, and adherence to journal guidelines. Editors will recommend appropriate reviewers, assist in managing the peer-review process, and provide constructive editorial and scientific feedback to authors. Additional duties involve checking manuscripts for clarity, structure, references, and compliance with journal requirements, supporting the evaluation of revised manuscripts, and contributing ideas to enhance journal content, scope, and visibility. Volunteer Editors may also help promote journal activities, special issues, and calls for papers when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should hold a relevant PhD or possess equivalent research experience, along with a publication record in their field. Familiarity with academic peer review and scholarly publishing processes is essential. Strong written English and communication skills are required, as is a willingness to dedicate time voluntarily to the editorial process. Candidates must demonstrate professional integrity and a commitment to responsible research and publication practices.
