We are currently seeking an Aptitude Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in training students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, preparing them effectively for campus placements and aptitude assessments. This role offers a competitive salary package of up to ₹6 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability to students.
- Prepare students thoroughly for campus placement tests and other aptitude evaluations.
- Conduct regular mock tests to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Teach problem-solving techniques and shortcuts to enhance students’ speed and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in aptitude training or a similar educational role.
- Strong command over the subject matter with excellent communication skills to engage and motivate learners.
