- Counsel students interested in research-based Master’s, MPhil, and PhD programs by evaluating their research experience and academic interests.
- Identify suitable universities, departments, and potential research supervisors aligned with students’ intended research areas.
- Guide students on admission requirements, research proposal expectations, and strategies for contacting prospective supervisors.
- Research funded PhD opportunities, studentships, assistantships, and other relevant funding linked to research programs.
- Maintain accurate student profiles, counseling records, and researched opportunities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team and other Education Consultants to coordinate student applications and alternative study or funding options.
- Uphold professional and ethical counseling standards while continuously updating knowledge of scholarships and postgraduate research opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- MS/MPhil or equivalent research-based qualification preferred, with substantial thesis, dissertation, or academic research experience.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent research capabilities, including proficiency in online academic research and organizing complex information.
- Ability to interpret detailed scholarship eligibility and university program requirements.
- Competence in objectively assessing academic profiles to identify suitable opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and student counseling skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of international scholarships and research-based admissions is advantageous.
- Personal experience applying for international scholarships or research programs is highly desirable.
- Experience communicating with academic supervisors and involvement in publications or conferences will be a plus.
- Fresh MS/MPhil graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs120,000.
- The position is based in Karachi and requires in-person attendance.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred as the minimum educational qualification.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in academic research and international education, with a commitment to continuous learning about scholarships and funded programs.
