Education Counsellor (Female)

Daehan Links Pakistan is looking for a Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer to join its International Admissions & Student Recruitment team. The role involves engaging with prospective students interested in studying abroad, specifically in Germany, Sweden, Romania, and Greece. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive information about universities, study programs, admission requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, and application procedures. This position is based in Pakistan and requires on-site attendance to facilitate direct communication with students and the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students regarding universities and available study programs.
- Clearly communicate admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, tuition fees, and application processes to help students make informed decisions.
- Assist applicants in preparing their applications, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms to encourage application completion.
- Keep detailed and organized records of student inquiries and contribute actively toward meeting recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students and provide clear, concise guidance.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with international education systems, particularly those of Germany, Sweden, Romania, and Greece, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using social media and digital communication tools for student engagement and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in student recruitment or admissions is preferred but not mandatory.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.
- The role requires working on-site in Pakistan, allowing for direct interaction with the recruitment team and applicants.
