Education Counselor

About EduApply EduApply is looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through their education and study-abroad journey, understand their academic goals, and help them make informed decisions about suitable programs and institutions. Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding academic programs, universities, and study-abroad opportunities.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences.
Recommend suitable universities, programs, and destinations based on student profiles.
Assist students with the application and admission process.
Guide students regarding required documents, application requirements, and deadlines.
Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate student records and update application progress.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams when required.
Meet individual and team counseling/admission targets.
Stay updated on university programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and education trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Previous experience in education counseling, admissions, student advising, or a related role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to confidently communicate with students and parents.
Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
