Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students’ academic profiles and career goals.
- Recommend suitable universities and academic programs based on individual student needs.
- Explain admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and application requirements clearly to students and their families.
- Guide students through the entire application and documentation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with partner institutions to facilitate smooth communication and processing of applications.
- Assist students with visa preparation and provide relevant information on immigration procedures.
- Deliver informative sessions and workshops to groups of prospective students.
- Respond promptly to inquiries both in person and through online platforms.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Support outreach and marketing initiatives aimed at promoting study abroad opportunities and expanding the consultancy’s reach.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in educational consulting with a solid understanding of international study pathways and academic requirements.
- Experience in student and career counseling to help students make informed, long-term educational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Urdu and additional languages is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and student visa regulations across multiple countries.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality while working closely with students and their families.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partner institutions.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Prior experience working in a study abroad consultancy, educational institution, or a related environment is highly desirable.
