Education Program Manager

Efekta is seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to join our dynamic global team, working remotely from Karachi. As a key member reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the management and delivery of large-scale education projects, primarily focused on the public sector and educational institutions. Efekta is a pioneer in AI-powered learning technology, dedicated to making personalized tutoring affordable and accessible worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of education, technology, and AI, supporting institutions in enhancing students’ intercultural communication and language skills. You will wear many hats, including consultant, project manager, data analyst, and implementation specialist, ensuring the success of our programs within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage learning programs involving thousands of learners, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear KPIs, success criteria, and deliverables, driving continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to clients on program performance to support renewals and account growth, monitoring KPIs and account plans proactively.
- Identify potential challenges early and develop creative, effective solutions to address them.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the design and delivery of language training programs.
- Support Sales teams with project management expertise during tender processes and negotiations.
- Be prepared to travel 30-50% of the time to visit client locations as needed.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role and business grow.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within K-12 education or the public sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Urdu and excellent command of English. Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, with a confident presence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, public policy/management, international relations, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with technology platforms such as Salesforce and other digital tools.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a track record of meeting KPIs and building trusted client relationships.
