Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations of student profiles to align their academic goals with suitable career paths, affordable universities, and scholarship opportunities.
- End-to-End File Handling: Independently manage all aspects of university applications, including submission, credit transfers, and thorough reviews of Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
- Visa Processing Specialist: Offer detailed guidance on country-specific visa requirements, review financial documents and proof of funds, and prepare students through mock visa interviews.
- Local Lead Generation: Proactively identify, nurture, and convert prospective student leads using personal networks, social media, or other organic strategies.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of student application progress using our proprietary digital tracking software to ensure transparency and timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least one year of direct experience as an overseas education consultant, with a proven track record of securing admissions and visas for destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
- Local Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current visa policies, entry requirements, and financial vetting procedures relevant to local applicants.
- Work Setup: Reliable laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and dependable power backup to facilitate uninterrupted virtual consultations.
- Network: Possession of an existing pool of prospective student leads or a well-defined strategy for immediate organic lead generation is highly advantageous.
