Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated on current education trends, policies, and regulatory changes relevant to academic advising.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in educational consulting, with the ability to advise effectively on academic pathways and institutional options.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills to conduct client meetings, explain complex information clearly, and build trust.
- Proven customer service skills to manage inquiries, set realistic expectations, and foster positive client relationships.
- Experience in academic advising, career counseling, or related educational support roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and follow-up processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in student advising will be considered an asset.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lahore, collaborating with colleagues while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
