Educational Counsellor

Edmentors Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and confident Educational Counsellor to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding students toward achieving their international study goals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advising students on study-abroad opportunities, assisting them throughout the application and admission process, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational futures.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on international study options, including universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Guide students through the entire application and admission process, ensuring clarity and support at every step.
- Provide detailed information about study destinations, entry criteria, tuition fees, and available programs.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
- Achieve monthly targets for student registrations and consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of student information, application documents, and follow-up activities.
- Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and visa filing procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with university representatives, admission teams, and internal departments to streamline processes.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay informed about the latest international education opportunities, admission policies, and visa requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to follow up diligently with leads, maintain comprehensive records, and consistently meet targets.
- Professional attitude with confidence and a genuine student-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience in educational counselling or study-abroad services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of international education systems and study-abroad processes will be an advantage.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or student counselling is preferred.
