Results International is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Education Counsellor to join our team in Islamabad. This role is focused on sales and conversion within the study-abroad industry, requiring a professional who can effectively transform raw leads into confirmed clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education counselling process, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in closing deals. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to leads provided by Results International promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms to understand their academic background, financial situation, and study-abroad goals.
- Provide expert study-abroad counselling tailored to each student’s needs, guiding them toward suitable educational options.
- Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into confirmed clients.
- Address objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and follow-up activities.
- Work diligently to meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in education counselling, study abroad services, admissions, or a comparable sales role.
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into clients and closing sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and convince prospective students.
- Comfortable working under sales targets and managing consistent follow-ups.
- A positive, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with no specific field of study required.
- Ability to independently manage the entire lead conversion process from initial contact to closing.

Additional Information
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates without relevant experience in lead conversion and closing, especially within the education or study-abroad sectors, are discouraged from applying. Administrative experience or experience in unrelated fields will not be considered suitable for this role.
