We are seeking a dedicated Educational Counselor to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis during the morning shift. This role is ideal for a graduate-level professional with at least two years of relevant experience. The primary focus will be to assist students interested in pursuing higher education abroad by providing expert guidance on university admissions and visa application processes. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding international university admissions, helping them understand various options and requirements.
- Assist students throughout the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Guide applicants in preparing for visa interviews and compiling necessary paperwork to increase their chances of approval.
- Maintain and update records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track student progress and follow-ups.
- Support the achievement of enrollment conversion targets while adhering to ethical counseling practices and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and changes in visa regulations.

Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in educational counseling, preferably with a focus on international admissions.
- Strong understanding of international university admission procedures and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant digital tools for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
