As an EITM Presales Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. Your primary focus will be to understand customer requirements, design tailored network and security solutions, and present technical proposals to potential clients. Acting as the technical liaison, you will work with internal teams and vendors to ensure solutions align with customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales account managers to identify customer needs and uncover opportunities in network infrastructure and security.
- Perform detailed technical assessments of client environments to develop optimal network and security architectures.
- Design and configure solutions involving routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, wireless, and VPN technologies using Cisco and Juniper platforms.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, bills of material, and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support including product demonstrations, proofs of concept, lab validations, and respond to technical inquiries from clients.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation for RFPs and RFIs, including compliance matrices and architecture diagrams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking, security, monitoring, cloud technologies, and vendor product roadmaps.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to product managers, vendors, and engineering teams to influence future product development.
- Ensure smooth handover of won projects to delivery teams with comprehensive design documentation and clear scope definition.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or network engineering roles with direct customer interaction.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and STP.
- Proficiency with Cisco or Juniper platforms, supported by relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
- Practical experience with network security technologies including firewalls, VPN, IPSec, and SSL/TLS, aligned with organizational security standards.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, and Cisco Prime.
- Solid understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation/diagramming tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
