HRCONSOL is seeking a skilled Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join a leading seaport terminal company located at Gwadar Port, Balochistan. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the seaport or container terminal industry, with a strong technical background in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems related to port operations. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 170,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems for Ship-to-Shore (STS) and Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes.
- Oversee maintenance and fault diagnosis of powerhouse generators to ensure reliable operation.
- Manage electrical and electronic maintenance tasks for the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis to minimize equipment downtime and ensure safety.
- Maintain inventory and records of electrical components and spare parts.
- Monitor and document electrical equipment usage and spare parts consumption.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on electricity and water consumption.
- Coordinate effectively with technical and operational teams to support smooth terminal operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.E. / B.S.).
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the seaport or container terminal industry.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes and Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes.
- Proficient in Fuji PLC systems, including Micrex-F and Micrex-SX.
- Experience working with Fuji drives, specifically Frenic VF7 and VG-1 models.
