Electrical Engineer / Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer / Assistant to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is an on-site position working the morning shift, ideal for candidates with at least three years of relevant experience. The role involves supporting various aspects of power plant contract management, construction coordination, and electrical engineering operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining departmental documentation and contributing to electrical system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical is essential, and experience with solar installation projects is considered an advantage. The offered salary range for this position is PKR 90,000 to 100,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing power plant contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution of project requirements.
- Coordinate construction activities related to electrical engineering projects, liaising with contractors and internal teams to maintain schedules and quality standards.
- Support electrical engineering operations, including system design, troubleshooting, and implementation of electrical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate departmental documentation, reports, and technical records.
- Utilize AutoCAD Electrical software to create and modify electrical schematics and layouts.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate solar installation components where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical system design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for drafting and design purposes.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment during morning shifts.
- Good organizational skills to manage documentation and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
