Maaksons Engineering Corporation Limited is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and possess strong expertise in managing electrical engineering activities on construction sites. This full-time role requires hands-on involvement in supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. The position demands effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all electrical engineering tasks across assigned construction projects.
- Review, interpret, and verify electrical drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Oversee installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, wiring, earthing, transformers, and generators.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with approved designs, project specifications, relevant standards, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate closely with civil, mechanical, MEP, QS, procurement teams, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor site activities, workforce productivity, material usage, and overall project progress to meet deadlines.
- Identify technical challenges, evaluate engineering solutions, and resolve electrical issues on site.
- Prepare and review material submittals, technical reports, BOQs, inspection requests, and progress documentation.
- Enforce electrical safety procedures and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project management teams on technical matters and project requirements.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of completed electrical installations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in electrical project execution, site supervision, and installation management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution networks, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent skills in interpreting electrical drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents.
- Sound understanding of electrical codes, quality assurance processes, and workplace safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site activities, coordinate with diverse project stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.

Compensation and Work Location

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 200,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site, ensuring direct supervision and coordination of electrical engineering activities.
