Electrical (Power) Engineer - Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are seeking fresh graduate Electrical Engineers with a strong technical foundation and enthusiasm for working on both national and international projects. The ideal candidate will have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university, demonstrating a minimum CGPA of 3.0. This entry-level opportunity offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience within the Oil & Gas and EPCC sectors, supported by company-sponsored international technical programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in electrical design activities including the preparation of design basis, specifications, and datasheets.
- Develop and review single line diagrams, load lists, and cable schedules.
- Gain practical knowledge in lighting systems, lightning protection, and earthing arrangements.
- Work with switchgear, motor control centers (MCC), transformers, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
- Conduct electrical studies and analyses using ETAP software.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on various projects, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving throughout.
- Adapt to project requirements and demonstrate a willingness to engage in both local and international assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Strong technical interest with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to commit to a 3-year service/training bond due to the company’s investment in specialized training.

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000. The role requires on-site work at the company’s designated location.
