Global Business Bridge Pvt. Ltd. (GBB) is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor with strong hands-on expertise in elevator installation, testing, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and proven site experience, particularly within the elevator or escalator industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of supervising complex electrical installations, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success. The position is based in Karachi and requires full-time, on-site commitment with willingness to travel across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all electrical aspects of elevator installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.
- Verify controller configurations, VFD parameters, safety circuits, door operations, and leveling accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve faults related to electrical systems, controllers, drives, sensors, and door mechanisms.
- Lead and manage technicians, electricians, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with factory technical support to address complex technical challenges.
- Monitor site progress closely and ensure timely closure of technical observations.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and TKE/GBB quality and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed site reports, commissioning checklists, and technical documentation.
- Support final inspections, third-party testing, and facilitate project handover procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE), B.Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in the elevator or escalator industry.
- Proven hands-on experience in elevator installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and control drawings.
- Familiarity with elevator controllers, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)/inverters, door operators, and safety circuits.
- Basic understanding of Car Operating Panels (COP), Landing Operating Panels (LOP), traveling cables, sensors, encoders, and Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis capabilities.
- Strong supervision, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan as project demands require.
