Electrical Supervisor – (Tharparkar)

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to manage the electrical installation, cable laying, equipment erection, testing, and commissioning for a railway coal loading silo and conveyor system project located in Tharparkar, Sindh, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial electrical systems and site supervision, ensuring all activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the electrical installation of conveyor systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and distribution panels.
- Oversee the laying, glanding, termination, and testing of 11 kV and low-voltage cables.
- Interpret and work from electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules, and wiring diagrams.
- Supervise earthing systems, cable tray installation, and electrical equipment connections.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Collaborate closely with civil, mechanical, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to maintain project alignment.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and adherence to project schedules.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.Tech Hons.) in Electrical Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical installation and site supervision.
- Hands-on experience with 11 kV electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, and power distribution networks.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and manage site activities effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and industrial safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with conveyor systems, bulk material handling, industrial plants, or similar construction projects is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs140,000.
- Work location is on-site in Tharparkar, Sindh, requiring in-person supervision and coordination.
