Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee building electrical works on-site. This position is primarily based in Islamabad, with assignments across various locations in Pakistan as required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and leading a team of electricians and helpers to deliver quality work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of conduiting, wiring, distribution boards (DBs), earthing, and lighting systems.
- Lead and coordinate electricians and helpers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Review and verify work against electrical drawings and project specifications to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in building electrical works.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs55,000. This role requires physical presence on-site, with the primary location in Islamabad and potential postings at other sites across Pakistan as needed.
