Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of electronic equipment, with a special focus on solar systems and utility units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing corrective maintenance, installing new equipment, and managing both electrical and mechanical maintenance operations. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute all corrective maintenance tasks for electronic equipment, particularly solar systems and utility units.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of solar power systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Install new equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance staff by determining workloads, assigning tasks, and creating work schedules for electrical personnel.
- Oversee the mechanical section, including installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and related equipment.
- Read and interpret design schematics to ensure proper installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot major system failures and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach while working efficiently under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of electronic and electrical equipment, especially solar systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems related to installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate maintenance teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in designing and implementing work schedules for maintenance staff is highly desirable.
- Contract position offering a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs65,000.
- Full-time role with in-person work location, providing hands-on engagement with equipment and team members.
