Electrician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and wiring to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot electrical faults, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, machinery, and control systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to avoid breakdowns.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor electrical panels, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components regularly.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of electrical tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to reduce operational downtime.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and control panels.
- Ability to efficiently identify faults and perform electrical repairs.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
