Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrician on behalf of a leading lighting manufacturing company located in Korangi, Karachi. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a minimum of three years of hands-on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the manufacturing facility, ensuring all machinery and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. This role demands strong practical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults effectively in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the manufacturing facility.
- Maintain and repair electrical machinery, equipment, panels, wiring, and related systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Conduct preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Ensure machinery and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to electrical safety standards and workplace procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, motors, machinery, and troubleshooting.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with a DAE Electrical or B.Tech Electrical degree are preferred.
- Applicants with Matric or Intermediate qualifications who possess strong practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Relevant technical or vocational certifications will be considered an advantage.
