The ideal candidate will have experience automating business processes through a combination of software, custom programming, and integration of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, connected databases, and third-party tools.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom application modifications based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain integration points with external software using partner APIs.
- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to evaluate project proposals, estimate timelines, and recommend process improvements.
- Translate non-technical business workflows into technical requirements and communicate effectively across teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in database and system programming.
- Ability to bridge IT and business needs, including solution design, business requirement gathering, user training, and documentation.
- Proficiency in SQL is required; SQL certification is a plus.
- Strong project coordination, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience with API development using technologies such as XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, HTTP/S, REST, RESTful, SOAP, WSO2, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, SoapUI, and Postman is preferred.
- Familiarity with development technologies including SQL, Shell Scripting, Perl, Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring, and web technologies like DHTML and AJAX is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV ERP and C/AL programming language is preferred.
- Experience with Shopify and Salsify platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to EDI or API integration within Supply Chain environments is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with security frameworks such as JWT and OAuth2 is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Git/SVN, and Jenkins is preferred.
- Experience creating REST API documentation using Swagger, YAML, or similar tools is a plus.
