ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

This full-time Electronics Assembly Technician position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires on-site attendance during the morning shift. This is a non-managerial role focused on the assembly and testing of electronic components and circuits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electronic assemblies, possess strong troubleshooting skills using multimeters, and be familiar with various electronic components and circuits. The role offers a competitive salary range that is negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and circuits according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine testing and inspection of assembled electronic units to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot basic faults in electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, test results, and any faults detected.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or a relevant degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in electronic assembly and testing, with a preference for candidates having 2 to 3 years.
- Solid understanding of electronic components, circuit layouts, and assembly techniques.
- Proficiency in using multimeters and other basic electronic testing equipment for fault diagnosis.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics production environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Salary range is PKR 40,000 to 60,000 per month, with flexibility based on the candidate’s experience and skill level.
