Classic Programmers is seeking an experienced Email Marketing and Cold Outreach Specialist who excels at crafting campaigns that land in inboxes and generate meaningful responses. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cold email campaigns aimed at potential clients to generate qualified leads.

- Manage ongoing email newsletters and nurture campaigns to maintain engagement with prospects and clients.
- Oversee list building, email warm-up processes, deliverability, and maintain domain health to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates, using data insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with cold outreach and email marketing platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing and persuasive communication skills.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability concepts, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, and best practices to avoid spam filters.
- Experience in B2B lead generation or within IT services is highly advantageous.
